肉骨茶

hot afternoon at ng ah sio pork rib soup, rangoon rd, singapore

your 1st ba kut teh, 肉骨茶 pork rib soup, but literally, meat-bone tea...

yummy. it was quite peppery, but you didn't mind a bit.

it's especially yummy mixing it with white rice, black sauce + red cut chilli...then when the flavor gets real good, you wash it down with a kung-fu cha 功夫茶 "tehh"(that gong-gong eagerly pours!!) you can try it if you are ready for the bitterness!

the sweat on your nose looked like morning dew settled on little flower petals. =)
