Where is Valentine?

It's Valentine's Day. Papa is in Beijing. We actually don't celebrate it anymore. But without him, Mama feels different. But I am more fortunate then Papa, I got you!

Got a chance to dash out to meet aunt Betty, Mrs. England & friends this evening. Plan was to leave you home with Peng-yi and be home in 2hrs. I couldn't do it.

I wonder if it's cos I feel guilty and irresponsible, or cos it's Valentine's Day? Or maybe I just had so much fun playing with you today!

The nurse at the polyclinic assured me that you are doing very well when we went for you 9th-mth developmental assessment today. It was fun watching you responding to her tests. =)

I did not realised that you have ALREADY turned 9 mths until I was reminded that you have an assessment on 14 February 2 days ago. 9 months seem so far away, that's as long as the length of time you stayed in Mama's womb, that's 3 seasons passing...

Weight- 9 kg; height- 70 cm; head circumference- 46 cm , what more can I ask for?! =)

Sweet Sarah (aunt Geok-Kee called you recently), sweet dreams to ya!

Here's your Valentine...your blog is getting better and better each time you post. The Headline is very lovingly, 3-5 words, short and precise...got a potential to be a journalist...enjoy your writing and dailies alot.

Miss you dearly. Somehow I keep thinking how Sarah is now....I guess that's the joy she brought to us...

Not just cutiness, but her curiousity, new tricks, new behaviour, smiles & laughters, cries to tell us she needs something...

Keep sending these memories...she will appreciate it someday...
